      Pros

      Great health-care benefits Reasonable work hours

      Cons

      Favoritism is rampant throughout the company, if you are not liked, you will never be promoted. When the company is doing poorly they place a hiring freeze which has been ongoing for 2 years now. Even though other managers are allowed to recruit new employees. Current managers are horrible, and treat their employees like dogs, when they do well, they get a "treat", when they do poorly, everyone is severely punished and even bullied.

      Pros

      Money is ok , but considering all they expect from one person, it's not worth it. Upper management only cares about the bottom line, they do not care how you do it, just get it done.

      Cons

      Favoritism at this company is unbelievable, the rules only apply when it's convenient for them. They choose to look the other way, for most. A lot of upper management have relatives that work for them.
