Pros

The pay and benefits are decent for the area. In my opinion these are the only pros that this company has going for them

Cons

Horrible business ethics. Very unstable billing package that, after a year in production, the company still cannot get correct. Promotions with promised pay raises that you don't get for months. Very frustrated client base. No communication between departments.

Salary and benefits are good for the area.

Cons

Lots of changes in personnel and in the way SSI does business creates a chaotic atmosphere for employees and clients. Product roll-outs are flawed. No mentoring.

Not sure of company's future. Seems to lack identity. Lots of turnover ar senior and mid-level management.
