      I loved seeing the high quality care given to each patient from the staff, good work life balance

      Upper Management does not care, the pretend to listen and tell you what you want to hear but don't implement anything.

      Facilities located in various locations around the city

      Cons

      Poor management, unprofessional, dishonest leadership, poor communication, lack of opportunities for advancement, little or no training, high expectations, low pay, low morale, upper level management has no clue about what mid level management impose on their employees.

      Cancer that was Cut Out

      Pros

      Great networking opportunity, worked with some very intellegent people. Was able to gain an incredible knowledge base in an agressive work environment.

      Cons

      The group that I lead was referred to as "a cancer that needed to be cut out" by our executive director. So much for employee engagement! Aggressive and unrealistic metrics from the top were met by manipulation/short cuts of procedures and surveys by the frontline employees.
