      Pros

      With so many units there is a great opportunity to move up the ladder. I've gone from Team member to Unit Manager in under 2 years and worked in 3 different brands which has made me very marketable

      Cons

      It's hard really hard sometimes but the rewards are worth it. If you are willing to put in the hours and you don't mind pressure then you will be fine and succeed

      Pros

      careers- lots of possibilities, from Team Leader to the Unit manager, Can get even degree. Nice people to work with. Good teams. All depends on the managers, how they treat stuff.

      Cons

      I would think the pay, in some locations pay for under 21. Shifts are changing all the time. Managers becoming stressed when is coming to their jobs.
