The culture is utterly awful, there is absolutely no regard taken for staff or customers. The company is 100% profit obsessed at the detriment of everything else. People are publicly humiliated and shouted at in a hierarchical, dragons den like way. I experienced people crying all the time, it because normalised. The turn over of staff is chronic and it is difficult to find anyone who is happy working there. No one believes in the product or brands and customer exploitation is the norm. There is a complete lack of leadership and strategy - it is a chaotic and exhausting working environment, I would not recommend it to anyone.
