Management eat for free cool location and a lot of cool people

Cons

Always short staffed and expect managers to do everything with very little help and and little to no training

Hours were there during seasonal / peak times which suited me very well. Management and colleagues were friendly nice to deal with.

Cons

pay was well below what it should have been. There was a lot of lip service (promises of career progression and upskilling / increased pay for years of service) none of which were followed through with for any employees. A lot of unsociable hours, staff were not supported very well.
