Pros

Great working relationship with other team members, holiday and sick pay given very soon, bonuses if meet targets, in depth online training and opportunities to advance, would 100% go back to working for company, 50% discount on brands

Cons

Management disconnected from core workers, preference given to those able to work unsociable hours (3am),

Pros

Busy, challenging environment that never stops evolving. There's always a clear direction for the company and the brands are great. I love seeing team leaders and managers in Operations developing their careers, taking on more responsibilty for their businesses over time. Performance + acheivement is based on your own results.

Cons

Its a fast paced company and expectations are high. Our Ops teams can work in very busy stores and sometimes at antisocial hours.

Got staff discount, friendly colleagues and management, liked the idea of working for Marks and Spencers, interview process was easy

Salary was 5.30 for 18-20 year olds which is extremely poor, had to work tedious jobs for low price,
