Technology wise they are still using 80's concepts. You will find huge DB's with hundreds of tables with no keys defined. They absolutely no nothing about modern software development trends. If you suggest something for the improvement, it is take by the 'management' as challenge rather than a sincerer suggestion. The directors seem to be non technical because the development department is monopolized by a couple of manipulative amateurs. I have seen first place throughout my career who develop directly on production environment. Heads tend not to grant access on the things like databases, server etc, and still expect you to produce work like popcorn machine. Management are sometimes rude, misbehaved and ill mannered. Old technologies, no awareness of best practices, preferring quantity over quality - go for it if you love these kind of thing. Simply, the place is to ruin your profile if you are a professional.

This is a bad company. The management keeps making the job worst and worst. They decrease our hours, letting us go sooner if its not busy at the shop and they become more and more demanding from us until the point that the shops are not working properly. Now they to impose age discrimination by avoid hiring over 25s. Avoid this company by any cost.
