Good pay, treated well and fair, zero tolerance policy (for abuse towards staff etc), discount across all SSP units, general happy atmosphere at work

Cons

Long hours, earliest shift starting 2:30 AM but to be expected as it is an airport Some scheduling issues here and there with not enough staff for a busy day of flights
