      Higher Management is taken seriously and treated well anything below a VP will be neglected

      Cons

      Terrible management company meetings require travel without compensation management will bully you. You'll have 6meeting a day without an objective and you will then be asked why didn't you complete your workload during your several meetings. My worker was being paid more than me however, I was always assisting her with her workload. Even when I brought it to management's attention this was ignored. IF YOU WORK WITH NICOLE HILL JUST QUIT SHE IS THE DEVIL IN PRADA AND HAS A BAD HAIRCUT. NICOLE ISN'T ABLE TO LEAD AND IF YOU ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE JOB NICOLE WILL THEN GET MAD AND CREATE TASKS FOR YOU TO COMPLETE THAT DON'T MATCH YOUR JOB TITLE.

      Pros

      Since healthcare is no longer free in 2017 I can't think of a pro to work for a company that is a pathetic shell of itself.

      Cons

      SWBC used to be a great place to work until people from a competitor were strategically placed in executive management roles. Their placement in those roles was based on their relationship with other executive management instead of job knowledge and experience. ALL their experienced people with most of the job knowledge were laid off because they were not liked by executive management. It's a shame because the people who made SWBC a player in the Lender Placed arena are now forgotten because of lies and poor leadership. Honestly the people who gave this company 5 stars and call this company the greatest are probably SWBC recruiters trying keep the stars average on glass door over 3.
