Pros

You can get away with murder because leadership is so busy fluffing their own egos, won't even notice what you're doing. Same with being on-time, management tells you to be at your desk from x until x but you can guarantee they will arrive late and leave early to go to happy hour.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement (promotions are capped), leadership is a joke, similar to MeanGirls, antiquated building, systems, and policies. Raises are limited, and don't keep up with industry standard for your position. Title systems are just for feel good and don't actually mean you are competent or even good at your job.

Pros

Decent benefits and that is it.

Cons

Management, Executive Management, CIO - Toxic. They don't trust their workers, or themselves, constant back stabbing and negativity. Workers should NOT have to experience this.

Pros

Health care costs for own self is cheap (I've heard it's more expensive when you start adding families), free gold's memberships, location, pretty laid back environment

Cons

Vacation policy...... only 2 weeks, come on Gary and Charlie keep up with the times! The people you are catering to right now are probably closing in on retirement, who cares if the higher ups would be mad about a vacation policy change??? Time to do some actual market research on benefits from other competing companies. Even though this is a laid back company, there is still a very big political game here. No process or procedures written down, and I will never share the knowledge I have gained in my job again. Too many times my manager and co-workers have taken and willfully received the credit that should have gone to me. Chances for upward movement becomes more challenging when people take the credit you are due. Then the random firings..... no one really feels secure in their jobs, even though they keep telling us, no more firings... Two large customers left and the entire company is paying for it....how could a company be so unstable that would cause such a thing? Oh yeah no bonus's this year....... lousy way to save a buck Gary and Charlie.... you even accrued for ALL year, where does all that money go now?? It sucks to not trust your manager or the owners of the company
