      Pros

      Love the flexi-hours, work-from-home and Campus 2.1 office design. Management is always open to suggestions and look forward to improvements. Plenty of options to improve ourselves (trainings inhouse or external, coaching from manager etc.). For KL office which is expanding, in IT team, there are a lot of opportunities to work on or move to different applications/products.

      Cons

      Benefit package is not bad but not great either.

      Really micro managing and the europe bosses don’t care about KL team or resources. They don’t even understand our culture.

      Used to be many benefits and pros, especially in Belgium, the London office however is limited to free fruit and free coffees Pay used to be competitive, not anymore

      Cons

      Very aggressive work from office policy with HR mgmt mass emailing people on returning to the office ensuring people are aware of repercussions and their methods of checking on people (physical access, access fob checks) If you're part of the agile tribes your performance will be based PRIMARILY on how others see you and secondly based on you achieving or exceeding your objectives so if some manager doesn't like the way you talk you are most likely not to have a very positive review Travel bugets are used just for senior mgrs, team meetings between UK BE are no longer needed despite many requests to have it If you're not based in HQ (Belgium) the news on pretty much anything travel very very slow. Getting promoted is not impossible but they are made the process more and more difficult as years went by
