Cons

Management team, clearly disconnected with what their teams do. Performance evaluation unfair (Work as one team but at the end you are evaluated on your personal objectives) , too political (a lot of cronyism).

- snacks at pantry - MC can be used when taking care sick dependents - 7.5 hrs working and can work from home - A lot of internal staff activities that we can participate

Cons

-No career growth , one employee can stay at the same level for quite a long time until they become bored -There is a policy that at least 1 of the team being marked as RED and he/she will denied for any bonus/increment - Increment is quite sad -too many reorgs making the working environment more haywire - high turnover rate usually resulted from being marked as RED
