Pros

There isn't anything to write here.

Cons

Working for this company takes a huge toll on my mental and physical well-being. The work environment is extremely exhausting, and working with the management is very stressful. The industry is fast-paced, but it doesn't help that the managers are a pain to work with and are very disrespectful and toxic!

Worst Place to Work – Toxic, Micromanaged, and Exhausting

Pros

Collaborating in a team environment

Cons

Thinking of joining Saarthee? Imagine being stuck in a never-ending Zoom call where the hosts (a.k.a. the founders) just won’t stop talking rubbish. Now, imagine that’s your everyday life. Welcome aboard! Micromanagement at its finest The founders have their noses in everything. Decision-making? Nope, they'll do it for you. Time off? Expect calls about the color of a PowerPoint slide. They believe in “open communication,” which really means they’ll keep talking while you suffer in silence. HR: The Myth, The Legend, The Letdown (as always) HR at Saarthee is so spectacularly ineffective, she redefines the stereotype. If problem-solving were a race, they’d trip at the starting line and take a coffee break instead of getting up. Their primary skill? Forwarding your complaints to the void. Work-life balance? What’s that? You know how companies say they “respect personal time”? Saarthee read that memo and threw it straight into the trash. Expect calls for the smallest things—weekends, vacations, even your wedding day isn’t safe. Promotions: Merit or Fan Club Membership? Hard work? Innovative ideas? Not enough. Here, it’s all about how well you can nod along to long-winded speeches. If you aren’t part of the “inner circle,” get comfortable because you’re going nowhere. Final Verdict: Saarthee is like an escape room—except there’s no puzzle, just endless meetings, pointless interventions, and zero exits. Apply if you love toxicity. Otherwise, run while you still can.

Beware- It's Failed Startup with High Employee Turnover

Pros

They had good tools. Using them daily enhanced my learning and allowed me to add new things to my resume.

Cons

Please avoid trusting fake management and spot their habit of lying blatantly. Their company is a failed startup that's not going anywhere. It is a career destroyer. Employee turnover is super high here, as people leave when they realize how unethical and evil they are. You can avoid them altogether.
