Saarthee has close-minded and awful management, which makes it impossible to thrive in this company. No matter how hardworking and eager you are to learn, the managers won't appreciate your efforts nor recognize you because they think that everything good that happens in this company is because of them.

It's a miracle how their system works for them!

Cons

Pressure form management was brutal and it was insanely stressful! There's no proper delegation of work, you are expected to do whatever it takes to get the job done. That makes us awfully confused and disorganized!

A maze and not a workplace

We share our knowledge with each other, to finish the 8-hour hell hours.

Cons

As an analyst, analyzing was tough because surprisingly, no one knows what to do. It's like being lost in a maze. We never know what's expected of us. The computers are really old. Not useful for analysts. They always break and it takes forever to do anything. It's frustrating. We waste a lot of time waiting for the computers to work. No one feels safe or respected. My skills are not for this place so I escaped!
