I cannot emphasize enough the depths of my disappointment and disgust with this company. From the very beginning, it became painfully evident that loyalty and kindness is a foreign concept to them, unless you belong to their exclusive club of conniving ladder climbers. The management team, from middle to senior, exemplifies sheer incompetence. They have cultivated a toxic culture of blame and betrayal, where backstabbing reigns supreme. Instead of fostering a supportive environment for their employees, they actively undermine any potential for growth. It appears that their own insecurities drive them to crush anyone who dares to question the status quo. Guess who is writing all these 5 star reviews…. Do not be deceived by the alluring promises made during the interview process. The reality of working here is a far cry from the idyllic picture they paint. Promotions are not based on merit or hard work, but rather on one's ability to grovel and flatter. The company's abysmal reputation has made it nearly impossible to attract qualified candidates, forcing them to settle for subpar hires. It is a doomed venture from the very start. The supply chain is an absolute mockery, again, due to the inexperience of the management, as all the experienced members jumped ship, and the company's standing in the industry is utterly tarnished. I implore you to steer clear of this company at all costs. It is a disaster disguised as an opportunity. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
