Why would I give the pros

Cons

The company is beyond a joke. Snakes and backstabbers and a race for the top. The so called “colleagues” don’t care who they stab in the back to be number one. I got let go for mistakes I had made even though I had been at the company for 2 months with little to no training. They will find any excuse to get rid of you. My mums sick and I have a one year old son and that must have been putty in their twisted hands. All I can say is, if you’re a nice person who has self respect then don’t apply here. They will suck the good out of you and leave you for dirt.

Only pro is the peers i met whilst working there

Cons

too many to list. Management haven't a clue what they are doing. Rampant nepotism and favoritism, If you differ from opinion of the main people you are ostracized. Can't even pay employees on time or correctly.
