      Make own schedule, ability to make decisions to satisfy customers, Good mix of office work and warehouse work, ability to work with individuals at corporate what want to help field.

      No real ability to discipline techs, support of DMs when it comes to disciplining techs.

      - WFH is awesome - Team is generally really kind - Relatively easy job

      Cons

      - Only one 30 min break (unpaid) and two 15 min breaks (paid) for 8 hr shift - Call volume is frequently back-to-back - Your bathroom breaks are timed (all your activity is tracked) - They want you to be pushy on the phones which in some cases can be insensitive to callers
