Pros

Most rank-and-file employees are genial and committed to their jobs.

Cons

Anyone who had "Executive" in their title was never there and never seemed to try to fix any issues brought up by their employees -- instead, they preferred to rearrange the furniture in the lobby every couple weeks and rack up tremendous charges at the on site restaurants for their personal -- sorry, I mean "business" -- meals.

One star for the good tips

Pros

Tips were good and consistent Co-workers were fun people for the most part

Cons

Toxic environment, inefficient and uncaring management, violence in the workplace, no work-life balance, lots of work politics, little opportunity to improve or grow, lack of necessary supplies and equipment, required overtime, unprofessional
