Pros

They give benefits for full time staff, Marriott room discounts

Cons

Have proper 2 weeks notice, promoted, was employee of the month as a hourly associate yet they for some reason have denied my application to go through multiple times as I have reapplied many of times. Have had multiple accounts of racism, and discrimination against the fact that I am gay. Also feel that because in my exit interview I voiced concerns about the previous GM, they now have blacklisted me. These accounts have also been mentioned to me by employees I worked with that area still employed by this company, who I still keep in contact with.

Office is nice and pay was decent.

Cons

Too much expected of you because the head of accounting can’t retain talent. Too much micromanagement. Went home crying every single day
