We respect your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve and do better although we disagree with many of your comments.
Our patients and employees are our top priority. Every decision we make, has considerations for both involved in the process.
We believe that the vast majority of our employees are very happy, feel supported and feel as if they have a voice in our organization in bringing help and healing to those who need it.
We are continuously improving and like all organizations, we are never going to be perfect.
We highly encourage our staff to voice ideas, feelings and suggestions to our supervisors staff and HR when they have a problem. In fact, we have many "advisory" committees that are comprised of line level staff to voice their opinions and ideas on logistical worklflows & policies, etc.
