Thanks for your review. We are happy to hear you feel supported and that you appreciate the variety of free CEUs that we offer to our employees due to our commitment to providing a rich training environment. We offer vacation and sick time to most of our staff. We do realize that some of our staff don't receive separate vacation or sick time based on the compensation model that they choose. Those who choose the model without separate paid vacation or sick time, are paid at a higher rate for services that they provide to make up for that lost benefit. We are always trying to provide as affordable health care options as possible and are told by some job seekers that our insurance is much more affordable and attractive compared to other similar agencies. We appreciate all of our employees, regardless of their role, very much. If you have any ideas or suggestions to help us do better with that, please feel free to reach out to HR. Thank you.

Thanks for your review and commenting that you feel supported in your role and that the compensation is also fair. We are sorry to hear that you feel that "billables are the number one priority." This is not the way the company prioritizes the work that we do. Our patients are our number priority as well as our employees. We do have hour requirements for some of our clinical staff. We are licensed by the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) which requires, in some of the programs we are licensed, that each patient receive adequate care and in some programs, DHS requires that our staff meet with some patients a minimum amount of time per week for the care that they need. So, we do need to talk about "billables" sometimes and ensure that our staff are complying with DHS standards. If you would like to talk 1:1 about this, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for the very important and impactful work you are doing with your patients. We appreciate it.

Pros

You get alot of hours fast working in home. I personally like the fact I can run my own schedule and you get paid more the harder you work. You get more vacation and higher pay the more client you take on and hours you work.

Cons

Lack of opportunities to move up. HR claims that there is and there is not a subjective process. Often how a boss may or may like you is the criteria for promotion versus actual experience and skill. See coworkers whine about the dumbest things sometimes versus trying to make the company better.
