      Remote work, equipment provided. Easy interview

      Cons

      Initially offered the position with segility that ranged between 16 and $17. They later tell me the position is closed and offer me another position but the pay is peanuts. $14? You're paying me hardly anything and you want to watch me via webcam. No thank you.

      Pros

      WFH environment is great/very convenient for me.

      Cons

      Pay, equipment laggy, not much connection with supervisor/higher management when actually needed, incentives, PTO is not as easy to utilize as it should be, call volume is excessive everyday with minimum pay working with rude/upset customers 85% of the shift. It’s very challenging.
