Pros

To work in a new facility. The place is beautiful and generally the infrastructure works.

Cons

Management is inept. They manage to control not to inspire. So many layers of incompetent managers. All of them proving the Peter Principle.

Pros

Hired in easily. There are 2 campuses - really separate hospitals and cultures. Pay is average. If you have opportunity, choose the Plymouth Campus - not the Mishawaka one.

Cons

Plymouth - none really. Good management team there. Mishawaka - where do I begin. Totally dysfunctional upper management. They are engrossed in their internal politics and don't care much for patients. I've been there 2 years and am trying to get out. Poorly managed patient care hospital.

Pay Checks clear - for now at least.

Cons

Many issues. Can't trust management - a revolving door. No stability - fake mission. Lots of issues at this place. They have kicked out many good performers - cater to the dead beats.
