Weak, ineffective (current day and past) CEO. Current day CEO is inappropriate with females in the workplace. Nursing is not appropriately respected or compensated. Marketing leadership is notoriously vile to work with and ineffective. (local ads are a laughingstock). "Problem" Physicians are not controlled or reprimanded. Overall NOT a respectful place to work.

Where do I begin? First the culture of safety is dangerously low. They conduct (rather their parent company Trinity conducts) an annual culture of safety survey. They did poorly last year and rumor (highly qualified) says they really, really sunk to a new level this year. This is purely a sign of BAD leadership. I can assure you that the executive suite is full of poor leaders. Since I am clinical, I can say with certainty that the CNO is one of the poorest leaders I've known. I went to him to talk about all the patient falls we are having and he just blew me off and threatened me with discipline if I talked about it .... well try to get me! I will be leaving soon anyway.
