Company is too good for freshers as well as experienced. Unfortunately this year company filled a bankruptcy chapter 11, which is very sad. I love to see the company continuing.

Cons

Frequent change in structure, change in management would panic employee frequently about the job security.

During my entire time the company lacked structure. Leadership just throws random decisions at a dart board implement it immediately just to completely shift shortly after. I felt like upper management wasn’t qualified. I see the CEO was pushed out which could be a could turning point for the company. For the recent layoffs after they filed bankruptcy they got rid of severance and didn’t communicate it. If you just need a job by all means it’s not the worst place ever. But make it your last option.
