      Pros

      Great hours, great people working in all departments. Receive goods and samples for major holidays. 401k match. Insurance and employee help a major plus.

      Cons

      Biggest complaint is managing teams and people team plus no growth. Managing teams were never on the same page, fault is always pointed to staff and not poor decisions made by managing team. Networking is difficult considering majority already had an established connection from uni Scheduling an appointment for HR help, could be a day or two weeks availability.

      Frustrating lack of growth and compensation

      Pros

      My specific manager is extremely friendly, understanding, and supportive but with such a large company, their hands are tied with all the red tape.

      Cons

      When I took the job the pay was competitive, but I've been here 2 years with no raise which is a pay cut in this economy. They also cut benefits back after I started, no more 401K match which is a huge issue when they state they are profitable. If you can't adequately compensate employees and give promised benefits in order to be profitable, there's a problem. There isn't a huge push for internal growth, if they like what you're doing they would rather you stay put.

      New shift change is nice only because it is Monday to Thursday. That's about it.

      Cons

      If you're not buddy buddy with a lead or manager then don't expect fair treatment
