Great discount, but I hear what you can apply the discount to is dwindling.
Cons
Some people have been there for double-digit years and seem to do bear minimum and allow their staff to do the same. They’ll vehemently protect them as well, and there’s talks of a “boys club” on the Platform team where females feel excluded. Newer people came in under the hiring guise of being able to innovate, only to quickly realize that was not the case. The people who have been there too long prefer the comfort of what they know and that’s the end of that. They also fire a lot and overheard one of the executives have no sympathy about it whatsoever. Their words were: “now that we got rid of all the bad people” while we were in the midsts of terminating a hundred plus people.
