Leadership places patient safety and well-being on top, where it should be. You can feel proud about where you work.

Cons

Not too many career advancement opportunities in Admin. Sometimes getting mixed messages on transparency.

Pros

They do a pretty decent job as a healthcare provider. There is good job security.

Cons

The administration puts zero effort into making the workplace feel comfortable and enjoyable. The health care benefits and pay are good, but thats about it. Expect to have uncomfortable chairs, overpriced coffee, and computer systems that are 10 years behind the times. They actually wait as long as they possibly can to update anything computer related.

Pros

All care teams work hard together to provide the best experience for patients. I love the people; RNs, CNAs, floor management, surgeons and specialist I get to work.

Cons

Senior management feel disconnected to floor staff. They don't seem to care about stressors placed on floor staff, but rather about patient numbers, how many in and how many out daily.
