Thanks for sharing your ideas with us. We love the catered meals too and how it brings everyone together to eat, laugh and connect over matters other than just projects. We have been working hard over the past 18 months making numerous compensation and benefits improvements across all departments. Our surveys show that employees are content with their compensation, but we intend to continue to improve regardless. As with any organization with highly talented individuals, some people move on, but we are glad its rare at SalesRabbit. In addition to regular slack announcements, in-person meetings, and 1: 1's we host a monthly all-hands meeting where we inform the team of changes, company outlook, performance metrics and much more. Prior to all hands meetings, we conduct an anonymous poll to gather any questions we can answer during the meeting. We conclude that meeting with a survey to capture any last feedback. At our current stage, the CEO welcomes any Employee for a 1:1 meeting. It's a daily occurrence to see meaningful meetings happening where the CEO is with an Employee generating ideas, sharing vision, addressing challenges or just having fun. Lastly, we are continuing to improve our development operations and recognize how current open positions will have a meaningful impact in those new roles. If you have a specific idea for Q/A improvement, please send a message to feedback@salesrabbit.com so we can incorporate that into our new found capacity that will come with new hires.

Pros

Great environment to work in. They ENCOURAGE questions. In fact, if you don't ask questions and start falling behind, this will be a red flag to the company. I have gone into the CEO's office numerous times to get his advice on how to best communicate to the customers and he was happy to help. This may become more difficult as the company continues to grow, but overall, a really good working environment. I have spoken with managers there when I have seen something that I think is a little off, and I really feel like they listened and did their best to make matters better. This went a long way for me and showed me that management cared about their employees.

Cons

Salary could be a little more competitive, but it was still good for the area.

Pros

Management trusts employees. The management style is basically whatever the opposite of micromanagement is. Work/life balance is extremely important to them. They are so welcoming to input and suggestions and ask for feedback regularly. I can't stress how great it is to have a boss that asks, "What are your thoughts on this?" daily. They care so much about employee development. Hard work never goes unnoticed; they don't wait certain amounts of time for salary reevaluations and they reward it as they see it. Individual team and company wide meetings happen often and the first priority is always to address concerns, questions, or suggestions. Company-wide meetings are always prefaced/followed by anonymous surveys, where you can make suggestions or ask questions anonymously if you wish. A lot is expected of each employee, and in turn a lot is expected of the company and leadership. They're VERY flexible with personal time needed, as well.

Cons

Ummm... too many snacks? Okay I do wish the medical plans were a bit better, but that's something I expected at a small company.
