Good pay, friendly staff, closed early on Sundays

Cons

Too many cons than pros..... *Completely understaffed *Management has such high expectations for only ONE person to take care of the entire Freezer Cooler Area, as well as other departments in the store. *Favoritism *Power trips, some of the managers and team leads hand out coachings (Write-ups) like its candy. *If you get injured, they'll make you keep working, even after addressing it through the company's nurse. *As time goes on here, they make it more and more difficult to work efficiently. *Heavy workloads, too many tasks for one person. *Physically and mentally exhausting.

Pros

The pay is really good considering it can be a part time job for students. Most part times won't be paying as much as Sam's does. In my club we have great management too.

Cons

As a retail job, it has all the typical retail problems. Like having to deal with high expectations, having to deal with angry customers, etc.
