Pros

Many benefits ..matching up to 6 percent 401k and a free plus membership

Cons

Not high enough pay for a living wage, especially if you are a long term associate ..there is not enough of a pay raise every year compared to new workers starting out making more money than the loyal associates

Pros

You can work in other areas besides being a cashier which is something other departments can't do

Cons

we are the employees that earns the minimum compared to other areas which I think is no fair because us as cashiers have way more responsabilities than other departments. We deal with tons of clients, we manage money, we have to be good sellers, we need to satisfy a mothly quote and we can be penalized if we don't, and that's something other departments does not have to do. Also to all other departments water is provided and us the cashiers not. We need to talk do a lot of thing and the ,minimum they must give to us is water.
