Pros

getting paid for your work.

Cons

there was no reguard for their employees. if an employee was sick and had to leave, there was a point applied to their account. if you called in sick to work, there was a point applied to your account. keep in mind this was during the pandemic, so that was quite shocking. even if you had the hours saved to leave early, the request wouldnt be approved even if you asked and was told it would be fine to put in the time to leave early. if you filed for a vacation. there was nothing said to you about it, the request was just denied. no matter if you had vacation days or not.

Pros

Bonuses - Glassdoor wouldn't let me put quarterly with the bonuses option Free Membership

Cons

They have been cutting back on both employees and work forcer hours but increasing what they expect the few left to do. Corporate has no clue how things actually work out on the sales floor so they ask things of you that go directly against what you should be doing in your job description.
