Pros

Work from home and hour lunches.

Cons

Schedules aren’t M-F. The culture and politics can be troublesome at times. The pay isn’t that great. The training needs improvement.

Pros

You get to interact with different people and The hours.

Cons

The disrespect and manipulation that is aost forced to endure is toxic. There is no training there, no structure, no professionalism. The machines are always breaking down and staying broke for weeks at a time. The atmosphere at Sam's Club is stressful, negative, lies and toxic. You can't grow at this Sam's Club
