The paycheck always clears. That's it.
Cons
Company is getting its butt kicked by it's main rival Costco, their response? Cut 1/3 of the salaried managers, cut 1/3 of the hourly supervisors, cut full-time hours down to 37.5, and pile the rest on whoever is left over. Job security is a serious joke, as the club manager will look to fire any associate who commits any real (or perceived) disrespect to him/her. "We need to get xxx out of the club, he never bothers to say good morning to me" was an actual discussion. They talk of 'family', but its only a family like the mob is a family.
