Pros

you get to interact with new people all the time which was enjoyable.

Cons

They make you sell plus memberships that's all the managers care about about, its kinda messed up cause the membership is a rip off in my opinion they just make you lie and say its worth it, I always had members very frustrated and they would still push it on them.

Pros

The free membership is the only Pro for this job.

Cons

Never a manager around when you need one. No hours, No employees. Always short staffed. Moral in the building was low. You were told to do your job and the work of three others. Management was never on the same page. 6 managers in the building and they all do the same thing different.

Pros

Flexible hours and if you get a good team everyone works together and focuses on the group instead of each other. Willing to help out associates in financial need.

Cons

Had to work long hours (10-12 some days), every week just to get by. If you don't pick up shifts or become friends with the right managers you won't get many hours or last long. Its not what you know, but who. And if you don't pick up shifts you end up with around 18-24 a week. Great for college kids, but not enough to live off of.
