Pros

-Great starting pay -Good co-workers and friendly management -Environment is pretty fast paced and can keep you busy (definitely makes those long days move a little quicker ) -Room for growth with Sam's Club/Walmart -Negotiable hours/flexible schedule (great for if you're a student) You'll definitely grow as a person in sales and get great at your job!

Cons

-Some hours are cut (with warning ahead of time) to accommodate for the number of cashiers -Sometimes you will be held accountable for some things like low Membership sales or calling out a number of times, although these can be worked on
