Not the greatest job.

Pros

Some of the co-workers are great to work with. The work itself is not bad, I somewhat enjoyed replacing tires on members cars.

Cons

Management is completely lazy and inept. They treat employees unequally. If you are "buddies" with management you will get special treatment. It does not matter if you are working hard and doing a great job. The pay is also very low for this type of work.

Pros

Pay in certain areas are really nice

Cons

Management has no clue what's going on. High turnover rate and they expect too much with no employees and with little or no training for the position. The manager thinks he can bully people to get his way. No respect for the staff

Pros

The employees is fun to be around and the pay is good . You only pay 2.50 out your check every 2 weeks for the member ship . The pay is bi-weekly

Cons

I didn't like my front end COS she was very rude . They will over work you if you let them .
