Pros

My co-workers are what make me keep my job, I'd rather take them with me to my next job. Also customers who see me as the only one in the cafe who realize that I'm being overworked,

Cons

Everything. the management, the organization, managers themselves as well. They need us to help them, but they never expect us to have the help of theirs, EVER. Then there are the LINES that managers expect us to mow us through, but the registers are complete crap and get frozen and if I can rant more, I would. Too many pros than cons.

Pros

Honestly, it was just manual labor most of the time. I enjoyed it because it kept me busy. The only times I disliked the job was when I had nothing to do.

Cons

You're dealing with people, and people suck. I'm people person, so I enjoyed interacting with members for the most part when it involved a conversation. However, I was nearly hit by several cars.

Pros

You get exercise, it pays well, they work with your schedule if you're a student, and you don't have to dress up fancy

Cons

You Have to sell a certain amount of upgrades, credit cards, and renewals every day, even if your shift is too short they don't care. You have to move heavy items by yourself 100% of the time you don't get health insurance and 85% of the time you can't find a supervisor and have no way of getting a hold of them, except the one that actually works and helps you. You can tell the difference in weight by the supervisors that actually work and help you. They say they'll help you get credit cards but they don't. They say they care and that there isn't anyone talking crap, but they totally are (coming from someone who is totally neutral, by observation)
