      Chaotic work environment is an understatement

      - The people are great, great personalities, hard working fun work environment. - Get free gifts/Samsung swag/Samsung yearly gift cards

      Cons

      - Many challenges and it all starts with the Korean Dispatchers, everything starts and ends with their decision. Lots of red tape, the regional teams are just the face of the FORCED Korean agenda. Not good partnerships - There is no work/life balance. The teams area chiseled at year after year to reduce HC, with such a lean team they expected you to delivery more with less. - Sad to say, though ‘People’ is one of the Samsung philosophy’s - they don’t care able their employees - Last but certainly not least, the compensation and benefits aren’t competitive at all and they don’t try to better theses.

      Pros

      Benefits. I'll type "benefits" again because that's the only positive.

      Cons

      Literally the worst culture and working environment. Everyone only serves Korea. Work long hours on unproductive projects. Everything is to appease VPs and Korea. Top talent does not last as high performers are only taken advantage of constantly. HR is also useless. They are aware of issues but act as if they can't affect change.

      Decent salary and benefits, some perks with great products

      Cons

      Too many foolish people without proper industry knowledge and US culture. Hierarchical and tyrannical structure. Dispatchers do not trust the locals and the locals are looked down upon by the HQ.
