      Free food, frequent swag, events

      Cons

      -Political -People do not talk to each other leading to an isolating and toxic work environment -Managers do not know how to unite their teams, or how to look out for their employees -People do not get along within their teams almost across the board, with a few exceptions -Attrition rate is through the roof

      Huge turn over. Lack of transparency. Bad leadership and very bad planning.
