      A great idea, but model can't work with conservative leadership

      Pros

      Some change is occurring but it will take many more years. Some smart people have been hired. Pockets of the culture are good but mostly fear-driven.

      Cons

      NEXT is still too tethered to a corporate Korea conservative mindset. Way too much time managing Korea. In order to be innovative, you need innovative leadership and higher toleration for risk.

      Good energy very talented people

      Cons

      Very messy team structure. Nobody knows who is working on what. Leadership always works from home but others aren't allowed.

      Lots of micromanagement, no real leadership from the top, matrix org made accomplishing anything impossible
