Pros

I've had the freedome to work at my own pace without pressure form management. Sometimes they check up on us but for the must part i can work at my own pace. Earning a bonus is easy.

Cons

I don't like the attendance point system. Good poeple can get warnings when people who play the system get away with it. And wages should be higher. I'd like to work earlier hours.

Pros

Industry Leader Owner truly cares about the company and employees High job security Casual, laid back environment Weekly remote day in IT Set your own hours The owner

Cons

Lack of successful strategy and vision in IT Disconnect between business units and IT which leads to off the mark projects Lack of expertise in the middle management ranks SDLC needs a major overhaul. Improperly structured IT department Need more devs Certain mgrs are taking micro-managing to a whole new level Some mgrs just don't know how to really connect with their direct reports and get the most out of them. Like the headline says, we need an IT guru to come in and make this a well oiled machine. **Lately IT leadership has become obsessed with this website and almost all unfavorable IT related reviews have been removed

Pros

They send treats and clothing. Ok end of year bonus.

Cons

Rude, entitled, over emotional customers. The order system is horrible and slow. Don’t get sick or you’ll possibly lose your job. Lack of training. Unrealistic expectations to complete work quickly to maintain ridiculous percentage of call time. Low pay for what is expected. It’s a very complex job and the pay rate is that of very basic customer service.
