Pros

Sadly the past is the good old days for Sanmar because they have lost the technology edge they needed to continue successfully.

Cons

The future is questionable at this time. I imagine this company will be sold in the next 2 years unless they make some significant changes and investments to their systems. They simply haven't kept up with technology and it has caused a lot of pain for employees and customers.

Sometimes flexible in work schedule, CEO, Cafe.

Cons

SQA management not friendly. Only cares about their career advancement. Talks down to employees. Changes mind frequently. Removing work-life balance. Low pay, high stress.

Wasn't great but wasn't terrible.

Pros

Expectations were reasonable--show up, do your job, be competent. Benefits are reasonable enough. I see a lot of complaints about the lack of paid family leave and maternity benefits, but come on...hardly any place offers that even for experienced employees with advanced degrees.

Cons

I work in internal customer support for the call center. There are no consequences for call center employees who were rude to members of my department. Certain individuals are notorious for it. Furthermore, it's glaringly apparent that employees of the call center (Account Coordinators and Account Executives) are not receiving proper training in how to do their jobs. There used to be several weeks of training before employees were put on the phones, what happened?
