You're asked to work in areas that you're not trained to work in or that is above your pay grade. The supervisors say they're there for you and all you have to do is talk to them. But when you talk to them you don't get any sort of help or solution. The benefits packages offered does have areas for improvement. The PTO hours that are given per pay period could be more. Especially for the employees that have been there longer and that have passed their annual reviews. Communication between management and the rest of the staff needs to improve, trainings need to be provided in a more timely manner. Staff should be informed well before the members are so we know how to handle the call and not have to escalate the call to management and wait 1-2 weeks before we receive a response to call the mbr back.
