Pros

Great support from department and supervisors. Everyone open and unafraid to hear ideas... what works and what doesn't work.

Cons

Compensation is lower than other health plans in the Bay Area. Performance reviews are impossible to score a 5 (highest).

Pros

not very many. The place is failing.

Cons

CEO does not have a good idea of what is going on in the plan bc the consultant (interim COO) isn't straight forward with her. No way that place will pass an audit. The consultant COO works part time and has never dealt with a duals plan. CEO seems to run from problems. the two problem VP's quit this past year so that was a plus but Fluidedge needs to go.

Good benefits, pers, deferred comp and health Meet some nice people Ability to learn more about medi-cal That's about it

Cons

No opportunity for advancement No recognition for good work No bonuses for answering phone quota Drama between old and new coworkers Favoritism within (culturally based) No organization in the call center High turn over Always new employees and temps Not open to new ideas and new work processes Have to email a subgroup of ppl to get anything DONE!! Raises are not good Performance reviews slaughter some of the employees, instead of dinging the employees the company should retrain them or offer them help in weak areas
