      Terrible Training

      Remote work and supplies equipment.

      Cons

      The training was terrible. Three people remoted in on my desktop while I was trying to navigate systems. The company supplies SLACK and MS Teams, which were not utilized for training. You are expected to use your own cell phone to conference for training every day without my knowledge. Used Team Viewer which is only used for IT purposes and not for training. Terrible training!!

      Toxic workplace

      Some great sales reps and amazing customers

      Cons

      Toxic environment where you are just a number. Upper management rules by fear and micromanage your every move. Payroll controlled by quota. Multiple comp plan and quota increases within a year. No room for advancement unless you are part of the Old BOYS club at the top. Qualified woman passed over continually. Car allowance is a joke and base salaries are inconsistent and far below market standard. Customer service reps are treated horribly and are under paid for what they do. Management over promises and underpays their sales reps. Don’t believe the hype of you matter … they do not care about their employees just profit.

      Finances Up - Culture Down

      Pros

      Would be good for and entry level employees seeking to gain some experience then move on. Very few pros at this point - Sarnova used to be a good company to work for with a culture that appreciated it's employees but that has all changed.

      Cons

      The company culture has changed over time to the point that upper management is cold and doesn't care at all about the employee. The board of directors is trying to sell the company and all upper management wants to do at this point is to cut expenses so that they can cash in their stock options and retire. Finance is running the company by the balance sheet and the CFO would much rather cut expenses than increase sales. Working for Sarnova is death by a thousand cuts.
