      Good PTO policy, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      The management is simply nonexistent. It’s a German company and all the higher ups are there, so there is a huge disconnect between the team in the US and the team in Germany, they really do not care about any other branch but the headquarters. The salary is also quite low for the region, there’s no room for growth so you will be asked to do multiple tasks and get paid the same

      Pros

      Direct manager is good, benefits overall are good, vaca could be better for long term employees. Work-life balance is ok for now.

      Cons

      Concerned with chaotic environment, overall direction, June and still no SIP plan. Not always clear objectives, goals, account assignments. Lack of processes, clarity and direction is stressful.
