      Pros

      Company truly sticks by their values of openness, sustainability, and enjoyment. Pay is far across the nation but not the best in cities with high costs of living. Health benefits are great and so is paid time off

      Cons

      Sartorius is constant change with reorganizations and may be growing a bit too fast. Some processes are antiquated

      Everyone supports each other, I have found such a great partnership within my specific team and with the other leaders in the organization I've worked with so far.
