      Good products but needs better leadership

      Pros

      Great technology and products. Really gifted application specialists and marketers who have great industry experience.

      Cons

      -Management is not clear or transparent when communicating goals to employees. -Manufacturing takes a long time to respond to respond to customer service with regards to order confirmations and delivery lead times. -Customer Service department is way too small for the amount of business this company does -they don't invest in infrastructure and instead acquire companies that do little to add to the already extensive product portfolio -limited career growth and no career path outlined for sales employees

      Pros

      Working in field includes numerous perks like Annual Sales Meetings (ie. Aruba, Puerto Rico, Jamaica), company car or allowance, annual bonus, flexible schedule, and more.

      Cons

      In the field there is little support or structure. The only way to receive jobs notifications is from email. Paperwork is all done in outdated Word documents. Hard to get ahold of people for support when needed. All changes go through Germany. The US is like the red-headed step-child of Germany.
